AR Floor Stower, Stow Coach, Former Learning Amabassador, Tote to Shelf Project. Logging quip reports daily and identifying barriers and assisting in over coming them. I started as a stowe in Nocember 21 with the Intent of becoming the top stower. After accomplishing my goal, I move to Stow Bootcamp/ Academy where I coached 10+ associates per day to be better stowers. Became an Ambassador and began teaching new Associates how to be successful at Amazon. Currently working the Tote 2 Shelf Reactive Project.

Primary role was an Equipment Operator. I also managed a small chemical warehouse, tracked incoming and outgoing product during our planting and spraying seasons. Worked as a lead supervising spray crews. Chemical and Safety Training as needed. Monitored and adjusted chemical rates while ensuring following all required regulations. Worked with a fabrication department to modify spray equipment for better efficiency.
