I defend employers in complex, multi-plaintiff and class/collective action litigation in both state and federal court involving claims of alleged unpaid wages, overtime violations, discrimination, harassment and retaliation.I also counsel clients regarding compliance with various federal and state statues, including FLSA, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, the Missouri Human Rights Act and the Kansas Act Against Discrimination. I have represented major corporations in the telecommunications, consumer products, retail, food, transportation, aviation and sports industries throughout my career.

At DGM, I help employees pursue claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. I also represent employees in class and collective actions to recoup unpaid overtime.
