The Performance Project is a successful gym and nutrition centre. My role includes directing all day-to-day operations, including the gym schedule, budget, equipment ordering and payroll. In addition to hiring, training and managing staff, I also create systems to enhance workflow and improve daily operations. Furthermore, I coach clients, personal trainers, and gym owners.Achievements:• Doubling our membership by improving gym layout, analysing the market and implementing effective marketing strategies.• Successfully moved the gym to a larger facility in order to add services and equipment. Also increasing our team of staff to effectively handle new business.
