I deliver an informative and insightful process that gives clients insight, knowledge and movement to understand and eliminate their pain and stop it coming back. My passion working with people to teach them to get rid of their pain through a simple process of self observation, logical thinking, and movement. Helping people find a unique solution to their unique problem is what I do. Once a person finds their solution, they recover their autonomy and health to get back to doing what they love to do.
