I have been fortunate to help people in their mental health care journey as their one-to-one therapist and in supporting individuals, teams and systems that do the same. I subscribe to the idea that the best thing that we can do as mental health professionals is to help people to help themselves and I hope to be able to have further opportunities to do thisto the best of my abilities.
