As Clinic Manager, I am responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing Behavioural Support and therapy services offered at one of RTS's local clinics. Amongst other duties, this includes activities related to team engagement and management, direct and indirect client support, recruitment, reporting and broader service planning. My aim is to do this to a high standard and in line with the service values.

Initially a temporary role to coordinate, launch and evaluate a significant project for the organisation. Continuation of Clinic Manager role, with change of parent organisation to MQ Health.I am not currently active in this position currently due to focus on the temporary Project Manager role, but will return as a Clinic Manager in late 2022.

In addition to full-time work at MindSpot, I also managed a small case load of GP-referred clients in a private practice setting. As in my previous private practice work, I was responsible for completing assessment (including risk assessment and management, and reports for external settings as relevant) and treatment of clients, as well as correspondence with GPs and other health providers. I provided treatment using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focussed Brief Therapy (SFBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical behavioural Therapy (DBT) methods. I provided service mostly through Medicare Better Access referral, with a small caseload from forensic settings.

As a MindSpot/PORTS Clinic Manager I am responsible for overseeing the clinical activity of a new virtual mental health service. In collaboration with other senior staff, I work to create treatments, develop policy/procedure, review outcomes, liaise with stakeholders and assist the clinical team. In regards to working with the clinical team, my role includes many tasks from my previous Team Leader role, including provision of supervision, training and assisting with clinical and procedural activities.My motivation is to support and grow an excellent team so we can effectively help a large number of people in need.

As a Team Leader, I help facilitate a team of psychologists in providing assessment and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) treatment through online/telephone methods. Tasks include facilitating individual and group supervision, risk management support, and liaising with management and IT regarding service developments. This role also involves providing continued psychological assessment and treatment via Internet and telephone methods, as per my previous role as a therapist.

As a therapist with MindSpot, I provided assessment and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) treatment through internet and telephone methods at the MindSpot Clinic. In this role, I was responsible for managing treatment groups and received regular supervision. I also took on the role of Shift Supervisor, assisting Team Leaders and administration with managing day-to-day clinic developments.

I have been a member of this voluntary group since January 2013, Crosslands Rotaract focuses on coordinating and attending events that support local and overseas causes. As a member in 2013, I was a joint planner and facilitator for the "Punch for Polio" self-defence and fundraiser day.In my role as president in Rotary year July 2013- June 2014, I worked with the board to oversee developments within the club, coordinate project development and manage administrative requirements. Among other outcomes, Crosslands Rotaract raised thousands of dollars towards building a school in Timor Leste, assisted with running an event for the Rotary International PreConvention 2014, and received national awards, including the Rotary International Presidential Citation and best submission award at the Australian Rotaract Conference 2013. As an Immediate Past President, my role was to assist the new President and board with managing their new roles. I continued to contribute to the club as a member, assisting in the planning and running of our projects.

My role as President involved overseeing the board and members of the Rotaract Club of Southport (RCOS) volunteer organisation. In amongst other tasks, I facilitate key decisions on club direction and initiatives, manage problems and manage the progress of our initiatives. I unfortunately had to terminate my presidency early due to moving and work commitments. I ensured that I provided time and assistance to ensure completed transition to my successor. After leaving RCOS and moving, I joined as a member of the Rotaract Club of Crosslands in 2013.

The Professional Development role involved coordination of speakers and activities designed to further develop members of the Rotaract Club of Southport for volunteering and professional duties. Tasks include planning presentation events, liaising with speakers and presenting some material. During this time, the Professional Development Day event I organised received a national award for Best Professional Development Activity at the 2012 Australian Rotaract Conference.

As a psychologist with KC I provided psychotherapy and assessment to child, adolescent and adult clients, as referred by the Medicare Better Access and ATAPS Brisbane MIND schemes. I typically provided treatment using CBT, ACT and Schema Therapy methods. The role also included some administrative responsibilities and effective use of time management.

As in my co-occurring with with KC Psychological, I provided therapy and assessment with child, adolescent and adult clients in a private practice setting. I had a greater exposure to concerns related to child and adolescent clients in this role, in particular in regards to depression, anxiety and developmental conditions.

This placement turned into a brief paid role under supervision of Dr Scott Natho. Role involved completing regular assessment and CBT-based treatments for in patients at this facility. Role also involved regularly liaising with multidisciplinary team in regards to the care of patients.

As an IDA, I was responsible for creating online and instructor-lead training materials based on the requests of client companies. I liaised regularly with the clients and would often attend initial test runs of the products.
