•Communication liaison between G7 Marketing and the Dodge Dart Street Team•Leader of the Dodge Dart Street Team crew of 7, including: Co-Tour Manager, Assistant Tour Manager, Car Specialists, Brand Ambassador Facilitator, Product Specialists, In-Car Hosts, and Videographer/Director•Plotted out the routing, transportation, hotel accommodations, car servicing, and fuel stops for the Dodge Dart Street Team on the 9 week Road 2 Vegas Tour•Coordinated the transportation of our 7 team members, 4 2013 All-New Dodge Dart’s, and 1 2013 Dodge Durango with branded trailer•As a team, we drove the brand new vehicles 12,000+ miles across the United States to 16 major cities & unique markets, where we executed 33 total Ride & Drive activations at a variety of large festivals & events (i.e. music festivals, large mall outdoor events, Clear Channel Radio Events, college campuses, etc.)•Supervised event site set up/tear down, the placing of branding assets, and 4 brand ambassadors per event•Assisted Co-Tour Manager in contacting event site point-of-contacts and working on event site logistics•Emcee/DJ for event site, as well as social media on-site facilitator•Jumped in as a Ride & Drive In-Car Host, Product Specialist, and Registration Coordinator, as needed throughout each activation•Cast member on Dodge Dart Road 2 Vegas Web Series that was created to capture our journey across the country in the 2013 All-New Dodge Dart’s before they were available for purchase across the country (Check out Web Series at: www.dodgedartroad2vegas.com or www.dodge.com/en/social/)

•Communication liaison between Marketing Werks, Air National Guard recruiters, LM&O Representatives (ANG’s marketing company), Fushion Staffing Agency, Country Throwdown tour management, Sunny Sweeney artist/tour management, & venue management•Travel on a tour bus to twenty-one shows in three months•Generate awareness for the Air National Guard and bring in hot leed’s for potential recruits to meet with our ANG recruiters on-site and have engaging conversations about the Air National Guard•Create a large, interactive presence at each event that draws in hundreds of concert attendees to our footprint •Operate/supervise iPad stations with ANG customized survey for concert attendee’s to fill out•Supervise/work with two tour coordinators and truck driver•Supervise 3 brand ambassadors and work with 1-8 different ANG recruiters at each event•Produce event recaps after every show for Air National Guard, LM&O, & Marketing Werks•Documented on-site photos & video recordings of attendees interacting with our event site•Emcee for event site and introduced Sunny Sweeney on the Air National Guard stage•Coordinate Sunny Sweeney meet & greet each day at our event site with her management team
