Manage the Graduate Studies Data Team including planning all projects for our team. Design and maintain Data Flows between our Technolutions Slate Graduate Application and Peoplesoft. Support the management of SQL Databases. Utilize detailed knowledge of PeopleSoft data structures to write clean efficient SQL queries to pull data from multiple data sources. Create and maintain reports in SQL Server Reporting Services, PeopleSoft Query Manager, and SAS EG. Meeting with users to understand business needs and gathering report requirements to develop highly functional reports. Create, update, and maintain documentation for business process and conduct trainings for new programs, processes, or reports.

Create and maintain reports in SQL Server Reporting Services, PeopleSoft Query Manager, and SAS EG as well as managing content and security for SQL Server database. Managing the production of Weekly reporting and managing daily Online application uploads. Meeting with users to understand business needs and gathering report requirements to develop highly useful and productive reports. Create or update documentation for business process and conduct trainings for new programs or reports I created or updated.

1. Researches, analyzes, resolves and tests complex system problems, as they arise, using independent judgment and discretion. Applies knowledge of College and Student Administration system processes to create solutions to routine and non-routine system errors as they occur.2. Serves as intermediary between Admissions, Enrollment Services, Testing, Counseling and Advising, the Office of Finance and Budget, and the CTS technical team in the resolution of problems associated with planning, implementation, and post-conversion utilization of PS software. 3. Diagnoses problems related to software, process design, and training. 4. Works with end users in redesign of College processes and with developers to customize PS to meet the demands of an ever changing environment.. 5. Assists in the coordination of system testing and integration strategies for PS SA setup changes, customizations, and component developments with Director.6. In collaboration with CTS, reviews and approves PS SA system testing and installation of system modifications, patches and upgrades. 7. Write queries in SQL Server and PS Query Manager for use in division or to diagnose data errors.8. Assists with functional support of PS 3 Cs- Communications, Checklists, and Comments for Student Success Services.9. Prepares initial data for reports related to Admissions, Enrollment Services, and Counseling and Advising as assigned.

Provides advisement to current and prospective students on a wide range of services on all programs and courses offered by the College.  Provides information and appropriate services for current and prospective students throughout the enrollment process, including admissions, placement testing, applying for financial aid, advising and registration.

I advise clients on what, when, and how to buy and ultimately directly assist in purchasing a vehicle based on their wants and needs with budget at maximum customer satisfaction. I advise clients on various compliance issues for funding or purchasing a vehicle. I design and deliver presentations, trainings, and coaching sessions for financial institution’s staff in order to improve referring and recommending Auto Acquisitions. I serve as key liaison between financial institutions, customers, and hundreds of car dealers across Florida and Georgia. I manage and track all company financials including payroll and accounts payable/receivable. I solicit new dealership partners, managed performance of existing partners, and discontinued relationships with those that were unable to meet services standards.

I managed the Return of Federal Financial Aid (R2T4) grant and loan funds due to ineligibility or overpayment that represented a potential $600, 000 liability for the college each semester. I redesigned the entire process to improve the efficiency of the entire R2T4 program. I served as key liaison between faculty, IT, admission, registrar, and business office for all R2T4 matters. I dealt extensively with Excel, Word, and PeopleSoft for building spreading sheets or running reports to identify, notify, and calculate returns for hundreds of students every semester. I served on a cross-functional project team to study ways to improve efficiency of the R2T4 program. The results designed new methods and tools to identify students within 7 days of become ineligible instead of as much was 120. Brought the entire program from 2 semester behind when I took over, to a maintenance level that required only monitoring a few days a weeks by the time I left.

I coached the pitching staff for the baseball team. I set all pitching/throwing schedules for the pitching staff. I assisted in scouting and recruiting. I monitored athletic study halls and served as math tutor. I coached freshmen who earn the 2005 Florida Community College Activities Association (FCCAA) Pitcher of the Year as a freshman. The following season, I coached a walk on sophomore who won the 2006 Fireman of the Year Award for best closer.

I served as Director of the Raider Baseball Camp. Reinstituted the baseball camp from previously being dormant. Marketed, promoted, and scheduled the Raider Baseball Camp. I analyzed the local camp market for dates, camp cost, and times offered by competitive camps. I compiled the data into spreadsheets for modeling expected enrollment. I reviewed the analysis to plan the camps facility, staffing, and equipment needs. I built a database of campers that were signed up for camp and for ones who expressed interest in signing up soon. I hired a staff of up to 10 coaches and assistants to staff the camp.
