Served in many capacities at the Passport Office of Canada from the policy and security leads in the 1980s. I was the A/Chief Executive Officer to introduce the service to its Special Operating Agency status in 1990. I was also the Director of Major Projects to bring our new passport printing into force in preparation for the future iterations of passport booklets and to prepare for the Renewal Process for Canadians to obtain their subsequent passports before assuming responsibility for our national operations to retirement.
