I held the leadership role of team captain for the year 2019-2020 on the University of Missouri Swim and Dive Team. Roles included organizing and speaking at team meetings, assisting underclassmen and teammates in practice, creating and writing goals for the team, and leading team cheers.

Qualified for the United States National Swim Team in the 200 Meter Backstroke. Traveled to the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru to compete for the National Team. Went on to win 1 gold and 1 silver medal at the 2019 Pan American Games.

Helped kids with disabilities complete necessary rehab through hippotherapy. Hippotherapy is the use of horseback riding as a therapeutic or rehabilitative treatment.

Assisted young kids and children in learning how to swim and become not only water safe, but comfortable in the water. Created a summer-long plan for kids to improve in the necessary skills required to swim and stay afloat in the water.
