I was brought in to help an existing team of designers focus their efforts on an app launch. I joined during the wireframing stage and lead strategy meetings that helped finalize the features that would eventually make it into the app. This involved guiding the merger of our process with the engineering team in order to better understand constraints and help unblock the frequent stalemates between departments.
