Approximate run time of 20 mins. • Produced ETL Development Standards documentation for dynamic connections to secure data assets. Both within Aviva and 3rd party assets.• Development of Contact centre service level reporting package including sms functionality (reducing 30 to 40 minute manual process to <1 minute automated process.•Promotion and exploitation of internal telephony reporting database to provide and support a single version of the truth across Aviva UK.• Rebuild of historic DTS/SSIS packages to vastly increase their efficency and decrease run time. Where run time has been increased this has been due to the removal of large quantities of legacy post ETL MS access processing. • Creation of Web tool to enable database lookup tables to be updated via a user friendly GUI.• Migration and merger of legacy SQL 2005 32bit databases into 64bit clustered environment.
