Kapuskasing, Ontario is where my career as a Reporter and Radio broadcaster began.From covering local municipal politics to local sports teams, and understanding the landscape of challenges, adventures, and experiences that Northern Ontario holds unique to itself. Whether it be the local Kap Flyers or Hearst Lumberjacks, Hockey is beloved, but so too are the stories that Northern Ontario holds dear to itself such as the fight to maintain the forestry industry, or to keep the town's mill alive and well, or how hunting and fishing and loving every day is the true north way.I learned a lot about life from this small community.
