• Global Lead on the SFDC Global Leads Governance Team to enhance the Salesforce platform• Global Field Inventory lead for Revenue Operations, handling $100 million quarterly• North America Process Lead ensuring daily operations are completed in a timely manner • Partner with Sales Allocations/Manufacturing to schedule and ship orders aligned with customer requirements and EMC lead times• Report to management weekly on backlog, pending deals, and work with management to resolve problems and improve relationships • Review work flow for all deals over $2 million, insuring compliance with SEC revenue recognition guidelines. Develop action plan for "orders not booked" and work with sales organization to resolve issues• Provide training to the field district administrators• Mentor new hires and responsible for training schedule. Design and implement training tools that will assist new hires• Work daily with Direct Express, Oracle 11.03, SAP, Salesforce, DMS, Adobe and Microsoft Office
