• Scaled our live chat microservice for handling 200k requests per minute (300 million requests per day) for a large client for their product launch by scaling resources, refactoring some code which had synchronous dependencies and monitoring them for any performance bottlenecks• Investigated random intermittent database connection drops, analyzed and found many collections and requests with incorrect or missing index and delegated the info to the owners of the respective teams to get it fixed and no more support tickets related to intermittent database connection drops• Investigated delay in our real time monitoring systems. • Built an interactive Django Portal for showcasing demos to the Government of India pollution board.• The portal indexed landfills in India by using Data provided by the Government and I integrated it with Google Maps for a visual representation for the government to analyse and take appropriate action to make sure that surrounding communities are not effected due to the landfill dump and also the portal can be used to analyse the long term effects of having a landfill in that location.• The portal also monitored and evaluated the status of the landfills based on various parameters determining the sensitivity.
