SkyKick is the leading global provider of end-to-end migration capabilities for Office 365. We automate almost all of the effort, meaning Partners can be happy and end-customers get a near-seamless experience.Responsible for working with Microsoft, our Distributors and Partners to evangelise the SkyKick product suite to aid SMBs to migrate, backup and manage their Office 365 environment in the UK.

Operator Business Cloud Services is the channel within Microsoft that looks after Telco Operators, giving us the ability to impact around 250 million small and midsized companies with a complete cloud offering that helps them to manage and grow their businesses easily. • Responsible for growing the SMB run rate within Vodafone UK, leveraging compelling bundles and promotions, driving sales enablement utilising the Sales Expert program, pay for performance sales incentives and maintaining a focus on activation, deployment and usage • Driving device attach of Windows Phone and Tablets to Office 365 through sales enablement, sales incentives, marketing campaigns and close alignment to MMDS colleagues• Expanding our relevancy within Vodafone, by committing to launch new products such as Intune • Delivering training to direct and partner sales and technical sales teams across the product portfolio • Responsible for managing a strong governance structure covering the planning of sales readiness, strategy, pipeline management, sales and marketing campaigns, funding allocation and portfolio updates

Excalibur is a Unified Communications business, specialising in the design and delivery of solutions to SME businesses across the UK; primarily Vodafone and Microsoft products, as a Platinum and Gold partner respectively. • Responsible for the effective management and growth of base of IT, fixed and mobile customers • Selling complex and bespoke solutions into the SME market • Tasked with creating new business from within existing client base • Improved customer satisfaction to exceed customer expectations ensuring customer loyalty and longevity of contract • Ensured maximum penetration of all products to increase customer retention probability and promoting Excalibur services • Worked alongside other sales colleagues to assist in selling the entire Excalibur product portfolio into the base • Responsible for training sales colleagues in the full product portfolio and attending meetings to assist with development • Responsible for maintenance of excellent relationships with partners and suppliers, introducing new products and working to enhance the existing product portfolio
