Nick was responsible for account management, sales, recommendations, product placement, inventory control, customer service and new account acquisition. Products included, licensed Under Armour lines, Champion Sportswear, and Gear for Sports soft-goods, as well as US Allegiance and J&A Beverage hard-good lines.

Nick was brought in to open up golf as a new sport to USA Athletes International (USAAI). The golf division sets up custom designed travel experiences year-round and is open to anyone that would like to inquire about all-inclusive trips. Trips vary from team 'Ryder Cup' style events, exclusive invitational tournaments, to standard recreational play at various facilities. Trips travel to destinations such as Scotland, Ireland, Barbados, Aruba/Curacao, New Zealand, Australia, Costa Rica and South Africa. Nick was also the program coordinator for the field hockey, baseball, and men's and women's soccer teams.

Nick was responsible for handling the property management, maintenance and repair items for the homes that HRS represents. He was also is in charge of various other action items for home owners including but not limited to accounting, budgeting, construction projects, invoicing, consulting, negotiation and tenant renewal. At its peak he managed a portfolio of 400+ properties equating to over $100 million in assets and collected approximately $500,000 in rent monthly.

Nick was the first teaching professional brought on to build the Kansas City market location, literally and figuratively. He frequently had to over-see the building process of the location due to the City Manager being out of state. He was consulted by management about local promotions and often was used to help develop many facets of marketing and promotional pieces used. During his time with GolfTEC he taught over 4,500 lessons using proprietary teaching methods and equipment. Many of his clients achieved personal best improvements in their game and had their achievements documented on the coveted Wall of Fame at the teaching facility. During his time with GolfTEC Nick became certified with multiple club manufacturers for custom club fitting, as well as a published contributor with local golf specific publications.

Nick managed AFG's networking group, "Circle of Friends." "COF" was an elite business network of like-minded professional colleagues that could expand their business connections while creating trustworthy relationships. Individuals who, like a circle, are balanced: possessing business ambition and valuing recreational expression. He also helped to produce marketing materials and was instrumental in finding charity opportunities for AFG to be a part of to build brand recognition.

As the Golf Shop Manager Nick ran day-to-day golf operations. Items such as tee-sheet scheduling and reservations, tournament setup and operation, food and beverage operation, league management and organization, membership setup and sales, course setup, cart fleet management, management of inside and outside staff, merchandising for the golf shop, budgeting, accounts receivable, marketing, and private golf instruction. Nick worked at IRONHORSE Golf Club for a period of a year and one half total. He used the course for two manditory interships through Kansas State, one on the grounds crew and one in the golf shop. Following the internship he was hired to stay on in the golf shop through his senior year at KSU.
