Technical Representative for the Architectural Products Division. Responsible for contractor education, job site condition evaluations, incremental financial growth and market-wide product use and awareness. Maintained existing customer sales accounts and generated new accounts. With extensive knowledge of hand applied plaster and specialty product worked closely with architectural firms and general contractors. Main Responsibilities Included:- Training of new contracting company applicators in: Dryvit, ArcusStone, ArmourCoat Venetian Plaster and Pli-Dek waterproofing systems.- Hosted AIA CEU lunch hour presentations to architectural firms.- On-site visits to find solutions to product and application failures.- Inventory purchasing agent for all architectural products and components. - Coordinated freight between manufacturers and multiple distributor locations. - Managed inventory levels utilizing an average cost and FIFO method. - Instructed seminars about new and existing product lines. - Provided LEED documentation support and information relating to EIFS systems.
