We work with SME's and large multinational companies to provide specialist computers for challenging environments.Our team of dedicated engineers offer a complete end-to-end project management service. From consultation, design, build and test, through to the delivery and installation of pre-configured, ready to go racks.As with everything we do at Novatech we start with a consultation, this may also include a site visit to take into account in any factors that may affect the build and installation. From there your designated project manager will work alongside our solutions architects to create a detailed layout and integration plan that will meet your requirements and suit your environment. We also take care to ensure that we only select components that can deliver longevity to avoid obsolescence.Once your build has been assembled, racked, cabled and labelled, it is then extensively tested at both the server and rack level. Depending on the project plan we also go beyond basic tests to include thermal testing, power usage effectiveness and extended burn-in times.To ensure safe transport we ship all of our racks in custom built shock resistant crates. Depending on your preference the racks can either be shipped unpopulated, where the components are individually boxed, then re-integrated on your premises (which is often the safer method). Or we can supply you with a fully populated complete rack, ready to go straight out of the box.
