Birnbaum Lab (Nyu Biology)

A research focus in root regeneration using the model organism Arabidopsis thaliana. Work centered around a search for the earliest, injury responsive signals that restart root developmental programs during regeneration.Techniques include: confocal microscopy, molecular cloning, qPCR, protoplast transformations, flow cytometry.
