This was incredibly difficult because the business accelerated the migration to Office 365 with a target completion of approximately 6 months, including a move to Office Online for email, calendar and documents, the introduction of Power BI, replacement of Zoom with Microsoft Teams and new security controls on personal non-company devices. In order to move quickly Nick needed to develop and execute a strategy for associates to quickly adapt to the new technologies and be flexible in accepting some short-term disruption for a long-term benefit. Nick and his team built from the ground up an omni-channel Microsoft Teams Learning Strategy that included the creation of a one-stop central hub, purposefully built training assets, and a cross - functional champion network that served as our eyes and ears across the org. Under an extremely tight deadline and with so much riding on the outcome, Nick took an empathetic approach to the work that built trust credibility with associates and leaders at all levels. Most importantly, even when the pressure went over the boiling point, Nick always maintained his sense of humor and positivity, which means so much when you're in the thick of a difficult situation. After our initial implementation, Nick led the roll out of an automated, self-service help tool - a game changer for improving the user experience that was well received across the company.
