I bring to fitness a focus on achieving your goal via nutrition and exercise. I consider myself an integrator; using an array of techniques and theories learned from international health and strength coaches. During my journey's, I have found that there are many misconceptions on what works and what does not. What I have found to be the real truth to what works and what does not is there is very little black and white in the matter. It truly depends on you as the unique individual you are. "Healthy eating" and "proper supplementation" can be excellent. Alone, nutrition can be quite a powerful tool, but it is not the end all say all. Proper exercise along with a food plan that is right for YOUR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS elicits certain changes in the body that will bring you to your desired results in the most optimal time. Overall, my focus on you as the individual and how to help you on your path to whatever the desired goal.
