This meant I had to design the handover process for this almost £1M vehicle and also carry out the technical handover of the car to the customer. During my time there I also devised and carried out a survey of the dealer network to understand their views on the product information we provided to them. This involved carrying out 100 surveys in person across the UK and Ireland. I discovered potential savings related to wasted brochures and price lists and incorporated this into our environmental plans for 2015. The survey also highlighted opportunities for the marketing team to enhance the customers interaction with the product information using more modern delivery methods. -
