Responsible for providing product information for the entire Porsche range. This included:• Writing product data packs on new vehicle launches for the dealer network• Calculating and uploading pricing data for new vehicles in all relevant systems• Supporting the marketing, press and training teams with product expertise and information• Presenting at customer, press and training events on new vehicle launches I also provided the dealer network with ongoing product support, answered any customer product queries they couldn't answer and assisted with product trainingI was selected as one of only 47 people globally to be trained as a Delivery Expert for the Porsche 918 Spyder, the latest hypercar. This meant I had to design the handover process for this almost £1M vehicle and also carry out the technical handover of the car to the customer. During my time there I also devised and carried out a survey of the dealer network to understand their views on the product information we provided to them. This involved carrying out 100 surveys in person across the UK and Ireland. I discovered potential savings related to wasted brochures and price lists and incorporated this into our environmental plans for 2015. The survey also highlighted opportunities for the marketing team to enhance the customers interaction with the product information using more modern delivery methods.
