• Responsible for creating a high-volume, high-touch experimental sourcing program consisting of 7-12 sourcers that specialized in DEI recruiting for difficult-to-fill marketplaces. Grew from supporting 2 profiles in Operations to 33 profiles around America, EMEA, and LATAM, including: Audit & Compliance Managers, Sourcing Recruiters, HR Business Partners, Onsite Medical Representatives, Real Estate Managers, and IT Ops Engineers. • Responsible for building, managing, and developing a high performing team to deliver against aggressive hiring targets in a competitive market. • Drove sourcing capability & capacity across a geographically dispersed team to proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels to expedite the recruitment of Ops roles.• Optimized operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, customer obsessed recruitment experience to all stakeholders• Partnered with key stakeholders (Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Recruiting Managers) to determine future needs and set and drive enabling sourcing strategies; this requires a deep understanding through extensive market research of the channels where we can find the best, diverse talent who fit our technical and cultural demands.• Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress.
