CurrentAs a Senior Recruiter on the ADP RPO team served as Veteran Recruiting Program Manager for Velocity Vehicle Group (VVG) and Pepsi Beverages North America. Leads and executes strategic, high value / high touch, and diverse military veteran hiring programs to recruit and retain Military Veterans and spouses. Collects, analyzes and presents metrics on candidate flow, progress, and hiring. Provides insights on military recruiting industry data, hiring trends, candidate feedback, etc. to talent acquisition, human resources, and senior leadership. Conducts Veteran sourcing/hiring education and training internally and externally when appropriate. Coaches and mentors, local leadership, talent acquisition, HR teams, hiring managers, and military veteran business resource group members on veteran hiring strategies and best practices.Grows client’s brand awareness in the military community by maintaining strong relationships with veteran service organizations, state and local veteran employment representatives, military reserve and National Guard employment organizations, and veteran non-profit groups. Provided veteran hiring strategy, talent market research, and veteran candidate sourcing support for other clients including Ricoh, Sprout’s Famers Markets, Zimmer Biomet, Case New Holland Industrial, and ADP.• Increased Veterans hiring for PepsiCo Frontline by 6% in 2019 and 36% in 2020 through targeted hiring events, social media, and dedicated community outreach.• Represented PepsiCo as a brand ambassador and Veteran hiring subject matter expert at targeted Veteran hiring events across the United States including 45 live events and 42 virtual career fairs.• Participated in 40 Employer panels on behalf of PepsiCo for multiple veteran service organizations including Warriors to Work, The Institute for Veterans and Military Families, Onward to Opportunity, Four Block, 50 Strong, Hire Heroes USA, Hiring Our Heroes, and Warriors to Work.
