Liaison with local planners, council members, parish councils, research staff, estates management and executive team. - Achieved Outline Planning Permission for a 15 year Masterplan for 65,00sqm of commercial property for research and business use. - Client and stakeholder manager for the new Centrum, a 4,500m2 building £13 million. including liaison with consultant project and contract managers, architectural design team, cost managers and BREEAM assessor. - Procurement and project management of a new 7km IT network infrastructure for commercial services that links six research organisations (including a university and hospital) with businesses.- Managed consultant team to deliver transport assessment and new highway design.
