Over a 1.5 year span, successfully implemented Dayforce Performance, Recruiting and Onboarding modules. This covered user requirements, extensive UAT, complete workflow design, customized versions of Dayforce system XML forms, development of nuanced system user roles, comprehensive training guides, conducting on-line training to 150 users, and development of key reporting tools and approval processes. With this, professional service fees for implementation were next to nothing, resulting in significant savings.
