CurrentI oversee the administration for all four Nature Schools located at Kortright Centre, Claireville Conservation Area and Claremont Nature Centre, and am responsible for planning future Nature School growth, following all legislative requirements for operating a private school within the province of Ontario, providing staff with leadership and development opportunities, preparing and managing budgets, working with other teams on school marketing and communication materials, conducting regular parent check-ins, preparing school wide communications, developing curriculum linked lesson plans, overseeing student records, tracking and developing school wide attendance and student evaluation policies, collaborating with existing and establishing new partnerships and other duties that contribute toward the successful operation of The Nature School.
