Creating budgets and cash flows for new businesses or expansion of current farms.Recruitment - Running recruitment for farm managers, contract milkers and share milkers.Farm system modelling - Modelling current farm systems and future systems using tools like Farmax and Overseer to assess the impact on farm changes might have on the overall farm system.Multispectral drone imagery - Monitoring arable broadacre crops using a drone and multispectral imagery to inform nutrient and chemical applications, assess irrigation efficiency, and completing plant population counts to be used in yield assessments.

Working with clients to assist them with navigating the complex world of farm environmental compliance, whilst maintaining and improving their farm efficiency and profitability. Environmental world included:Nutrient management - Overseer nutrient budgets for compliance, due diligence, and consenting purposes.Dairy Effluent Warrant of Fitnesses - Accredited Dairy Effluent Warrant of Fitness Advisor. Consenting - Preparing and guiding farmers through land use consents, discharge consents, and changes to existing consents.Farm finance and budgeting - Preparing financial budgets and cash flows for current and new businesses.Business feasibility - Assessing business viability, including changes to current business, and the purchasing of new farm businesses.Farm system modelling - Using Farmax to assess how on farm changes might impact the efficiency, profitability, and viability of farm businesses.

Managed a 14,000 tonne, $6m fertiliser, agrochemical and animal health portfolio. Customers included dairy and sheep and beef businesses across the Tararua district.
