I have 20 years’ experience as an Engineer, Manager and Technical Director in high technology SMEs and Corporates, serving high performance blue-chip customers from around the world and across a variety of industries, from motorsport, to automotive, aerospace and medical industries.During this time I have 8 years’ experience in Business Leadership in rapid growth SMEs, operating at all levels from business owners and shareholders, to graduates and shop floor staff. Through this, I have a very broad experience of the relationship between decisions taken at Board level, all the way down to the customer delivery, and vice versa.I am a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, and am highly adaptable to a wide variety of technologies, industries and product types, being as comfortable in a rapid turnaround motorsport environment as a high volume production medical or aerospace programme. To complement my in-depth technical understanding, I have over 10 years’ experience in Performance and Leadership Coaching, both as a client, developing programs for teams, and as a coach. This has most recently culminated in achieving a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School, and working towards professional registration.I specialise in helping technical experts become people influencers, and help individuals and businesses unlock the “Influence of the Introvert”. I am extremely passionate in developing strong, empowered teams, and look to understand the strengths of individuals to establish highly competent and well-balanced groups, and an environment in which they and the business can thrive.
