I retired from headship after 20 years and now work with primary head teachers in their schools, offering practical support, for example, completing SEF; SIP and monitoring plans and supporting HT performance management. I also offer training for leaders at all levels with schools. I I write and deliver a range of training programmes, with my business partner, in different areas of the country, including training for middle leaders; aspiring HTs; new and experienced HTs. I aim to spend the next phase of my career, using what I learned as a HT to help and support other leaders in schools.
