My role is a vital part of the team as it effectively ensures all the teams are coordinated and following the correct company procedures. Re-Gen is continuing to grow, and my role continues to expand with the company.My responsibilities, but not limited to are: -• Ensure client relationships are maximised.• To consistently review processes and IT systems to ensure optimum service levels.• Handle all queries professionally and efficiently.• To co-ordinate and schedule internal and external meetings.• Producing effective minutes / agendas.• Make company savings to maintain and improve budgets.• HR Management including recruitment on all levels.• Maintain a very well organised office.• Organisation of courses with external agencies for employees.• Manage all CITB activities.• Full fleet management including purchasing.• Reviewing, updating and ensuring Health and Safety policies are observed, liaise with Health and Safety consultants where necessary.• Assisting with project management from start to finish.
