During my time as Billing Manager my position was focused towards motivating and managing the billing group towards a common goal and to meet monthly deadlines. In my first year I worked with developers to build new billing software and relay relevant information, in a positive manner, to the billing group. Implementing this new software was the start of restructuring and streamlining the billing process to not only run more efficient but to better manage employees time. Part of my role was also to be the first contact for large customers with billing related questions, I Interacted with customers regarding outstanding invoices, paperwork, load claims, and payments.
