Having deployed the newly designed https://www.bostonfed.org website whose initial architecture was completely my design from the ground-up. Using the Sitecore 7.2 CMS, this site employs the latest web technologies such as Bootstrap, Angular JS, CSS 3, MVC 5, and WebAPI as well as business concepts such AMP, Google Analytics, SEO, and componentized architecture. Additionally, the site earns an A- from SSL Labs, uses SonarQube for sophisticated code analysis, and Contrast Security to secure the site from OWASP vulnerabilities and more.Previously, I migrated multiple legacy sites at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from disparate legacy systems into a centralized Sitecore architecture. This work included writing crawling software in C#, jQuery UI design for providing a site design chart and significant T-SQL for locating orphan assets.Prior work included implementation of a new Sitecore architected intranet (The Commons) used to disseminate corporate communications internally. The work involved integration with the Google Search Appliance, numerous WebAPI services and performant pages using MVC/Razor combined with Backbone client technologies. Additional efforts included partial view designs, CSS tweaks and significant JavaScript work. Employed MVC 2 and 3 technologies, along with stunning jQuery UI designs, I was 1 of 3 key developers responsible for the Booking Engine at Carnival Cruise Lines. Our engine had been acknowledged as the best of its kind in the industry, and we had increased bookings from 500/day to 1700/day in just the past year. Additionally, I was responsible for numerous helper applications that included Guest Management, various security applications and both legacy and current content management systems. Using Silverlight 3 and M-V-VM architecture, I rewrote the thick-client Contact Center to meet the requirement of browser-based execution. I globalized the application suite via a build process parsing solution which saved numerous developer hours.
