About Nicki N. Trinh, M.S.

Vince Lombardi once said, “It takes months to find a customer… seconds to lose one.” My experience and education in marketing, sales, customer service, and community building have led me to this mission statement: a positive lasting experience and they will understand the value of your product and/or service. Given the tremendous evolution of marketing and its technology, it sparked my desire to go back to school. I earned my MS of Science in Marketing with a specialization in Consumer Behavior at USC Marshall School of Business in May 2020. During my time at USC, I served as the Career Development Chair on the Advisory Council where I organized events with top companies, CMO’s, and found ways to provide opportunities for our program. My specialization is in Consumer Behavior, but I also upgraded my data analysis skills to be a well-rounded marketer. I’ve learned that there are numerous ways to keep a customer connected and businesses today must adapt to the current trends while maintaining innovation. I am passionate about the experiences shared in everyday life both in person or digitally- and I intend on using these lessons and my personality to make a positive and lasting impact in society.
