• Following the merger of Breeze and Technology Effect to create MOQdigital in 2015, I served as an Executive Director and the CEO of both the customer-facing MOQdigital business as well as the ASX listed holding.
• Grew revenue significantly over two years through elevated presence, increased capacity and a consistent focus on customer-centred technology innovation, harnessing the strengths of two legacy teams;
• Led the business through 4 acquisitions, a reverse ASX listing and rapid growth in team numbers from 90 to 250 people;
• Honoured to have led a team recognised on the global stage by long standing partner Microsoft, winning a number of awards including 2016 Microsoft Partner of the Year (Australia);
• MOQdigital was nominated as a Finalist in the 2016 Internet of Things Award.

• Initially joining the business as a Business Development Director to help the company pivot from a Microsoft training services company into a systems integrator, my role grew quickly into a formal CEO position.
• Pivoted the company successfully against the backdrop of the GFC resulting in a significant cut in training budgets, building a customer-centred partner for companies seeking to evolve into the cloud space;
• Grew the company to become one of Microsoft’s first hybrid cloud partners, carving out a niche for the company resulting in the award of a number of Microsoft Worldwide, APAC and Australian awards for application.
• Took the business from zero to a multimillion-dollar revenue stream and 20 employees before successfully exiting to MOQ.Under my leadership Breeze were recognised for innovation with the following awards:-- Microsoft.
