Following the merger of Breeze and Technology Effect to create MOQdigital in 2015, I served as an Executive Director and the CEO of both the customer-facing MOQdigital business as well as the ASX listed holding company, MOQ. A time of rapid and exciting growth for the company, together with the leadership team we led the initial centralisation of two companies first before on-boarding further acquisitions, streamlining and synthesising existing capabilities to create a market leading presence in the digital space. Initially joining the business as a Business Development Director to help the company pivot from a Microsoft training services company into a systems integrator, my role grew quickly into a formal CEO position following the success of the new business model. Key to achieving such rapid growth was a focus on understanding our customers’ missions and unique environments to develop world-class solutions leveraging the latest of digital thinking. Technical Readiness Specialist for the Microsoft Partner Team in Australia. A pivotal role in my career that gave me a taste for the enabling potential of technology disruption in business, I was responsible for driving the adoption of innovative Microsoft solutions in the Australian market, through the design and execution of key communications, education and training initiatives. • Worked with partners across the portfolio to advance product awareness and adoption, achieving notable success in driving SharePoint penetration with up to 2000 customers being trained a month nationwide. This role created a passion for researching innovative disruptive technologies and a fascination with market changes as businesses adopted the latest technologies.

Joining KAZ as a technical consultant with responsibility for architecting, designing and implementing IBM and Microsoft solutions, I was appointed as a P&L responsible manager in 1999, supporting the business through a period of rapid growth. With full responsibility for driving utilisation targets, resourcing and customer delivery, I also gained invaluable exposure in supporting the business though M&A activities and an IPO.• Complemented a reputation as a technical ‘go-to’ with solid skills in IBM, Microsoft & Novell technologies with advanced interpersonal and leadership skills, building a high-performance team and thriving culture.
