Lived in freshman dorm building and assisted freshman students with acclimation to a college environment. -Responded to building wide incidents and wrote up incident reports -On call during night/early morning hours once a week and 2 weekends a semester -Provided 1 on 1 guidance and help to new freshman students regarding mental health, academics, and overall college stress -Organized building wide events to promote collaboration, fun, and a sense of community
