Nick is an experienced conductor and organist, with more than a decade of choral and orchestral conducting experience. Nick has worked with a wide variety of amateur choirs, and is a conducting tutor for Sing for Pleasure. Nick holds the ARCO diploma and is currently Director of Girl Choristers at Holy Trinity, Guildford, where he regularly accompanies local choirs on the piano and organ. He also has a burgeoning reputation as a composer, recently completing a Christmas Cantata, 'Until the Son of God Appear', and being published by Sing for Pleasure.Off the podium, Nick is Head of Finance & Operations for Sing for Pleasure, the national choral organisation, where he has demonstrated particular strengths in management, as well as his ability to combine big picture thinking with action-oriented project management. Nick is now studying for a PGCE in Secondary Music at the University of Reading. Prior to this, Nick worked in consulting, focusing on technology, organisation design, and strategy. Nick worked across a number of projects in both the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications, and the Charity sectors, leading global teams at companies such as Vodafone and the BBC.
