Project manage implementations from start to finish, liaising with all stakeholders involved.Conduct project configuration meetings to fully gather new and existing customer requirements.Overview the process of product delivery, ensuring that the customer’s requirements are met.Specify and allocate development and support work streams using Jira Issue and Project tracking software.Perform site visits to demonstrate the produced configurations and assess in the customer’s environment ahead of Training Events.Deliver System Training to the customer as required by the needs of the business, or as cover for the primary training resource.Provide delivery of post implementation customer care initiatives.Identify areas of weakness in processes / suggest and implement improvements.
