As Head of Technology for Digital my role oversaw delivery and operations for all of NAB's internet facing properties and approx ~900 personnel across all segments including nab.com.au, Internet Banking (inc. nab Mobile), NAB Connect, MLC Online and the nabAPI as well as a supporting bank wide micro services layer and real-time analytics engine. These assets leveraged AWS with a focus on modern application architecture and infrastructure as code.

Led the design and development of nabCapital’s Reference Data Manager (RDM) platform, Intranet as well as leading the development capability practice. RDM is the source of truth for NABs Institutional Banks reference data, responsible for maintaining and synchronising data globally from credit ratings to customer addresses in data real-time.Key Outcomes:- Designed a Warehouse to Warehouse solution consolidating existing interfaces, providing daily data reconciliation, removal of data double handling and automated creation of entities in relevant systems previously done manually.- Delivered multiple enhancements to the Reference Data platform providing an 80% reduction in incidents for Reference Data and after hour call-outs.- Managed a team of 7 developers, designers and testers.- Participated in NABs Future Leaders program.- Managed the 2007/2008 nabCapital Technology Graduate Program.- Member of the .NET Practice Leadership Team defining the tools, standards and processes that developers use to create well formed applications.Development Capability Key Outcomes:- Delivery of a virtualised lab manager platform reducing the time to market for development/test servers from months to minutes while reducing existing infrastructure costs and TCO.- Designed and delivered templates for .NET projects and Test Driven Development Continuous Integration build servers and methodologies.- Virtualised several core end to end systems including masked production data, certificate security and network isolation to enable downstream application teams to develop/test without impacting others.

Working with Indigenous leaders across the Kimberley, Western Australia, I was responsible for establishing a leadership council and providing guidance around community engagement.The secondment involved working with Noel Pearson and Cape York Partnerships to better understand the Families Responsibilities Commission and how the model could be applied elsewhere to tackle Welfare Reform

Primarily agency based leading the digital design/ development and project management of various projects in travel, hospitality, gaming and other industries.

Involved liaising with clients daily to implement solutions and ascertain any problems or issues with their systems. Summary of work was in designing/quoting, buildings systems, networks (NT4/2K) and troubleshooting windows/novell/Linux based networks/systems both server and client side.
