I started in music at age 9, and at age 12 I discovered computers (1994 - I'm old) when my father gave me his old broken one that I repaired.When we decided to open Matchless IT we were frustrated with customer service issues. We knew there was a better way to do things, so we set out to prove that outstanding customer service IS possible.Today our customers rate us at a 4.9 out of 5 for customer service, and we couldn't be more honored. We get back to our customers on an average of within 7 minutes, far exceeding any goals we could have dreamed of. Customer Service isn't the only thing we value. Providing valuable services and products to our clients is just as important. We make sure that when we're proposing, repairing or engineering something for you that it brings you more value than it's costs. Valueless IT is far too common, and we refuse to contribute.Outside of work, I have a deep passion for cars and motorcycles. Something about mechanical objects (including PC's) calms me down, ya know? In fact, Matchless IT's name comes from a vintage motorcycle brand 'Matchless Motorcycles'. I've always loved their style, they were a company that started in the late 1800's, and they were innovators in their industry - a representation of our goals and ambitions.Regardless of what I do for my personal passions, they always lead me back to Matchless IT. That's simply because we love what we do here. Matchless has the most fantastic team of technicians you'll come across.
