- Manages the Student Development and Support Services team supporting advising, curriculum planning, and scholarships/grants.- Serves as a resource for student challenges.- Oversees the development of advising resources and programming to improve student access, wellness, and leadership opportunities.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations for approximately 110 first-year participants, 35 sophomore Peer Mentors and five Resident Advisors.- Develop programming and support networks for WISE RP students in their pursuit of a STEM academic and career path.- Supervision of the WISE RP Graduate Assistant and co-supervision of the WISE RP Resident Advisors, in addition to their selection, training and evaluation.

- Conducted one-on-one academic counseling, mentorship and guidance for a cohort of undergraduate Comprehensive Studies Program (CSP) students- Provided accurate information to students, parents and university colleagues related to policies, procedures, resources, courses and academically-related programs within and beyond LSA.- Assisted with the coordination of the Summer Bridge Scholars Program, an eight-week residential summer term program for approximately 230 students, providing intensive academic preparation and college transition initiatives as a co-facilitator for the CSP 100 course.

- Selected, trained and supervised a 26-member residential student team, overseeing the implementation of the Community Development Model (CDM) for residents within each hall. - Facilitated the UC 421 Social Justice Staff Class for new housing student team members, focusing on social identity education, ally development and inclusion within the residence hall community.- Served as the inaugural hall director for the newly-renovated Alice Lloyd Residence Hall, supporting the community development efforts for 550 residents (including 150 members of the Lloyd Hall Scholars Program) between July 2012 and April 2014.

- Responsible for all-Greek programming initiatives for 33 fraternities and sororities, including risk-management, leadership and community building activities and events. - Primary advisor to the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Panhellenic Council, and the Interfraternity Council, and the executive committees of each governing council. - Advised the UC Alliance LGBTQA student group, working with student leaders related to campus programming and advocacy, in addition to workshop development for the annual conference.

- Selected, trained and supervised 15 Masters’ and Doctoral-level Greek House Directors in the fraternity and sorority living-learning community, implementing staff development activities for the Greek Affairs team.- Primary advisor to the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Independent Greek Council, the Interfraternity Council, along with direct supervision of the Graduate Assistant for each governing body. - Responsible for the management of a $78,000 annual budget within Greek Affairs, in conjunction with Director of Greek Affairs.

- Worked with chapter advisors and national consultants to assist chapters in accomplishing goals and chapter missions.- Co-lead the development and implementation of the University of Toledo Greek Strategic Plan, outlining efforts for increased community membership, enhancements to Greek Village housing, and creative initiatives for member engagement and education. - Presented informational sessions to various student groups across campus regarding judicial and risk management issues and information.
