A strategic and perceptive business development professional, Nick has extensive commercial experience in both business and property development. He has previously worked in development at Stockland, Australia’s largest diversified and listed property developer. As Assistant Development Manager he oversaw the planning and development of a 2,500-lot residential master-planned community. Also a certified Chartered Accountant, Nick has broad commercial business experience having worked five years for leading Australian Big Four accounting firm KPMG, leading audit teams on SME and listed company engagements.It is this combination of property development experience and robust financial management expertise which has cemented his reputation as an insightful, multi-faceted and knowledgeable Development Manager.Joining ADC in 2019, Nick is responsible for the delivery of ADC’s revitalisation and development projects from concept through to hand-over. He plays a key role in the group’s pursuit of exceptional development opportunities and investments, supporting the acquisition and analysis of commercial, residential and mixed-use development opportunities.
