Diagnosing & Repairing Apple hardwarePerforming Tier 1 & 2 Data Recovery

Systems Engineers help architect solutions for Apple’s higher education customers. I’m an Apple-certified System Administrator for both Mac OS X 10.4 and Mac OS 10.5. My current specialty is securing and hardening Mac OS X Client and Mac OS X Server.

As a Mac Genius, I interacted with the customers, repaired computers and was responsible for imaging store systems. I created and documented a backup system that became the model for other stores. I trained my fellow Mac Geniuses on new procedures for ordering and checking in parts. I was also responsible for maintaining the store’s many systems.

I changed and updated window and floor displays and installed software and hardware on computers in the store.
