My role as a Membership Advisor with the FSB is to recognise challenges fellow business owners face as well their achievements, whilst raising awareness of the FSB's services. I was responsible for overall profit and loss, staff training and retention, devising sales / marketing strategies, managing cash flow and overall management of the team. The second part of my role was to operate as a "hands on" recruitment consultant - liaising with key clients to generate vacancies and interviewing candidates. I was responsible for developing a recruitment process purely aimed at graduates wishing to enter the field of medical sales and marketing.

I joined Opera as a Recruitment Consultant on the medical division (Avalon) and was subsequently promoted to Branch Manager on an IT division (Computer and Technical Personnel).
