Google Educator Groups (GEG) • Took the role as a Google Educator Groups Partner to strategise, grow and maintain teaching community resulting in 45 active chapters reaching 1,500 educators throughout Malaysia. Job Description:• Responsible for supplier sourcing and market survey, request for information and solicitation, Pre-qualification, competitive bidding, contract award and materials and supplier management.• Responsible for the execution and monitoring of procurement and contracts management process and manage the execution plan and input for construction contracting schedules.• Responsible for preparation of the procurement sub-contracts packages, taking off quantities, revision drawings and materials specification and other relevant document policies.• Preparation of commercial tender bid evaluation cost analysis and prepare recommendation reports to management for approval. • Involved in negotiating on commercial elements with the short-listed suppliers/sub-contractors and prepare the contract agreement to suppliers/sub-contractor prior awards.
