As a Fraud and Payments Operations Analyst at FanDuel, I apply my communications, social media, and analytical skills to protect the company and its customers from fraud and abuse. I work with a team of fraud and risk associates to monitor, investigate, and resolve fraud cases, using various tools and platforms to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Communications: Business and Professional Track, where I learned how to communicate effectively in different settings and contexts, as well as how to use creative and analytical thinking to solve problems and achieve goals. I have a strong knowledge of management and Excel, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities. I am adaptable and able to work independently or within a team environment, and I am a quick learner who possesses great attention to detail and is a true team player. I am seeking an opportunity to grow and advance my career in the fraud and payments/operations field, where I can leverage my skills and experience to benefit the company and its customers. I am motivated by the challenge and the reward of preventing and resolving fraud, and I am passionate about providing a safe and secure gaming experience for users.
