Bringing employee voice, agency and trust to the forefront of strategy- Developing HR strategy and thought leadership so we lead the way with disruptive HR thinking, AI, robotics and more - Originally joined as a management trainee and gained 35 years experience in all areas of HR working across all functions (talent management, organisation design and development, recruitment, leadership development, training, operations and more) including overseeing introduction of HR information systems, setting up a new company and leading for Unilever's global industrial relations.- Prior to the current role I was HR lead for global market clusters double hatting with HR Head for Europe (based in Rotterdam), having previously spent 10 years in Switzerland as HR Head for the global supply chain.
