Responsible for the marketing of a range of office equipment products in the UK, including the Siemens range of fax machines. Supporting the direct sales force, a network of dealers and running the in-house telemarketing function.

Responsible for all marketing research (primary and secondary) and insight work for the UK's largest BT district. Commissioned and analysed many B2B and B2C research projects and managed the in-house research team.
