Manage and direct the entire internal audit vision and the compliance requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley Act, section 404 as it relates to the internal control over financial reporting. Responsibilities include supporting the strategic objectives and helping ensure that established financial, operational and compliance practices, and the related controls, are adequate and operating effectively. Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan. Provide input in Company wide risk management and assessment. Prepare and present effective audit committee level reports. Monitor and evaluate the entire Sarbanes-Oxley testing processes. Interface with all levels of management and maintain a positive relationship. Manage and direct all audit co-sourcing arrangements.

Member of Senior Management and Investment, ALCO, Insurance and IT Steering Committees; financial management of bank and subsidiaries; board presentations; budgets and forecasts; regulatory reporting including SEC; profit center profitability reporting; asset/liability management; accounting operations, accounting policies and procedures, internal accounting control.
