Several third parties are involved including the counties of Fresno, Kings, and Tulare, Caltrans, multiple utility companies and irrigation districts.· Responsibilities: In charge of all DSDC tasks involving:o Control of the DSDC budget and management;o Construction Submittals and Shop Drawings;o Field Change Requests (FCR) and Field Design Changes (FDC);o Non-Conformance Reports (NCR);o Requests for Information (RFI);o Other troubleshooting and resolutions of construction related issues.

Project: Puyallup Avenue Bridge Replacement ProjectClient: City of Tacoma, WashingtonProject Role: Senior Bridge Engineer (2011-2013)The new Puyallup Avenue Bridge was to replace the existing viaduct structure with a 950 ft long four span bridge over BNSF and UPRR tracks adjacent to the Puyallup River. The structure featured two 394 ft long curved cable support spans supported by a single tower. The precast concrete segmental deck sections would carry two pedestrian lanes and four traffic lanes across 6 heavily rail lines. The steel pylon was to be supported on a drilled shaft foundation and was designed to resist Seismic Zone 4earthquake loads. The total project cost was estimated at $45 million.· Responsibilities included: - Lead engineer in charge of the final design and detailing of the steel pylon of the cable stay bridge. - Developed post processing methodology to produce final design loads from LARSA 4D program to all or select design elements of the bridge structure.Project: US6 Bridges Design-Build ProjectClient: Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT)Project Role: Senior Bridge Engineer (2013) The project reconstructs 6th Ave. (US 6) from Knox Court to just east of I-25, replaces five bridges that are either structurally deficient or functionally obsolete and improves the Federal Boulevard/US 6 interchange. The $98 million project is estimated to be complete by the end of July 2016.Responsibilities included: - Design and detailing of the US6 over BNSF Tracks. - Independent design check of the Federal Boulevard bridges over US6 and C-D Ramp.
